Strike A Pose Photography will be attending ASHWOOD CHILDREN’S CENTRE on
WEDNESDAY 8th OCTOBER / THURSDAY 9th OCTOBER / FRIDAY 10th OCTOBER
to take beautiful professional photographs of the children.
This is a wonderful opportunity to capture this very special time in your child’s life that will be
dearly treasured for years to come.
IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR CHILD PHOTOGRAPHED – YOU MUST REGISTER BELOW.
(ONLY CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN REGISTERED WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED)
Please REGISTER NOW as last minute registrations will not be accepted
REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY 3rd October
If you have more than one child that attends the centre please fill out a separate registration for each child.
